We have launched a new scheme for butchers called Butchery Excellence Scheme, this scheme helps butchers with food safety, hygiene, food labelling, food nutrition, food marketing and new product development. In 2015 we are launching butchery competitions and a new Quality Standard for Butchers for NI and ROI and UK launch.
