We provide technical support services to the food sector. We specialise in consultancy for HACCP, Food Labelling, Food Nutrition and various quality standards e.g. BRC and SALSA. We operate throughout N.Ireland, Republic of Ireland, UK and Europe.
We have sub divisions: Butchery Excellence Scheme, Traditional Ulster Butchers Association, Deli Academy, Butcher Counterpoint, Hot Counterpoint and The Practical Cookery School.
The Practical Cookery School is N.Ireland's first registered cookery school. We have over 50 modules for adult learning and run kids Saturday morning kitchen.
